Room 3 has been learning about fractions, we cut up watermelon to help us understand what wholes, halves and quarters are.
The watermelon is whole.
Mr.Nepia cuts the watermelon.
Half or whole?
The watermelon is cut in HALF.
If something is cut into two, it is halved.
The watermelon is cut into QUARTERS.
We know our fractions! Halves, Quarters and Wholes!
